Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work correctly, persist login state, and - in many cases - to track user behaviour across sites for analytics or advertising purposes. MailPilot uses none of those last two.

No analytics cookies - we do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any behavioural tracking scripts.

No advertising cookies - we run no retargeting pixels or ad network integrations of any kind.

No tracking pixels - no invisible 1×1 images designed to fingerprint your browsing session.

3. Third-Party Cookies

We do not intentionally set any third-party cookies. However, our hosting infrastructure provider (Vercel) may set technical cookies necessary for load balancing, edge caching, or DDoS mitigation. These are infrastructure-level cookies, not tied to individual identity, and are not under MailPilot’s direct control.

We do not embed third-party widgets, social share buttons, or comment systems that would introduce additional cookies from external domains.

4. Managing Cookies

All modern browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies through their settings:

Note: Disabling or deleting the mp_session cookie will log you out of the MailPilot application. You will need to sign in again to continue using the platform.
